Service Description

45-minute high energy, cardio and strength trampoline workout. Our Core Bounce class is a full body workout rooted in interval training. We alternate strength and cardio exercises to build endurance and lean muscle. Our workouts are customized and adjusted to individual fitness needs and levels across the class.
